Mel started Shine and Rise in 2004 with a wealth of experience from working in both multi-national corporate and public sector environments, driving transformational change through people. Her passion for making people perform at higher levels was her inspiration for starting Shine and Rise. 
Mel has a wide range of skills from client consultancy, facilitation, coaching and being a fully trained psychometrician. She possesses astute business skills to get to the heart of the problems quickly. 
Mel works with a carefully selected group of trusted associates to deliver impactful interventions for valued clients.
